We spent a few weeks working on "prepare every needful thing". I wanted to make copies of our important papers and then put them in our 72-hour kits, but our color ink ran out. And Wal-Mart didn't have any in stock. So I'm still working on that. I tried to teach Lacy to say, "Lacy" when I asked, "What's your name?". That didn't work. But she can recognize her name when I write it out. And after I tried teaching her that (as a FHE lesson), she found a pen, drew all over herself, and then insisted that she had written "Lacy" all over herself ("It says 'Lacy', okay?").
I've asked Danny to teach me to change the tire on our Jeep -I'll let you know how that works out.
This week we're working on "Establish a house..."
I found a great talk but accidentally closed out of it.
I'm going to look for it again tonight.
